Minimum Requirements:
- Medically fit to perform the required duties;
- Enjoys civil rights and permits for employment under local law;
- Very good knowledge of English and Albanian – ability to understand, read, speak and write in English C1;
- Undergraduate degree;
- At least 4 years of proven job-related experience in food safety, veterinary, phytosanitary, fisheries, agriculture and rural development, preferably in an international and multi-cultural environment;

We are looking for 4 volunteers, indipendant, energetic individuals, go-getter, DOERS Job in Albania is a volunteer and a participatory project. The aim of the project is to inform Albanian people with job offers of foreigners in Albania, Kosova, Macedonia and Montenegro. Job in Albania has:

Our Social Media Manager will lead and manage the social media strategy for the project, increase awareness and enhance the reputation of Job In Albania. Our Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the team and support strategic initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Under project director guidance and coordination, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for the content development and daily updates for all Job In Albania social media platforms. S/he shall perform the following duties: 1) S/he will be responsible for Job In Albania social media for Macedonia and Montenegro offers, further content development: optimize, grow and maintain the platforms: Blogger, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and further YouTube ... 2) S/he will develop and maintain positive working relationships, and the ability to handle work in a professional and confidential manner. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, new media, or public relations - Experience in social media content development and adequate knowledge on social media functioning and management. - English and Albanian. Excellent written, collaboration and relationship-building skills. - Attention to detail and a good level of accuracy is essential. - Excellent customer service skills, the ability to adapt easily, follow through, complete tasks, and resolve issues are essential. 1. Compétences recherchées
De formation supérieure universitaire ou diplômé.e d'une grande école, vous avez acquis une spécialisation (sectorielle, géographique…) en lien avec le portefeuille de projets confié (eau/énergie notamment). Vous avez eu l’occasion de mettre en pratique ces compétences dans le cadre de premières expériences à l’international, idéalement dans un pays en développement. Vous êtes particulièrement motivé.e par les problématiques de l’aide au développement. Le permis b est nécessaire pour cette destination.

2. Qualités humaines / relationnelles
Dôté.e d’un très bon relationnel, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d’analyse et de synthèse. Vous faites également preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et êtes proactif.ve. Vous appréciez la polyvalence et avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation à un contexte culturel différent. Ce poste nécessite une forte disponibilité et vous permettra de développer votre capacité à gérer les priorités ainsi que votre résilience face aux difficultés rencontrées.

3. Niveau d’étude / diplôme
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac + 5 / Master 2 obtenu au sein d’une école d’ingénieur, école de commerce, université ou IEP notamment.

4. Langues
La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable. La connaissance d’une langue locale (albanais, ...) sera également un atout.
