EBRD is hiring a local consultant for a 24–month period to assist with preparing and delivering strong risk sharing projects under Risk Sharing Framework in the Western Balkans, with a primary focus on Albania.
EBRD Risk Sharing Framework assists local partner banks in meeting the financing needs of successful small and medium-sized enterprises that have begun to outgrow the countries’ financial sector.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting. MBA and other qualifications are a plus.
· At least two years of work experience (in Albania is a desired asset), preferably in the banking/finance/consulting sector, with a strong track record of developing, approving, implementing and monitoring financing to local enterprises.
· Strong client relationship, interpersonal, and communications skills; strong command of English and Albanian; strong financial and modelling skills.
