We are looking for 4 volunteers, indipendant, energetic individuals, go-getter, DOERS Job in Albania is a volunteer and a participatory project. The aim of the project is to inform Albanian people with job offers of foreigners in Albania, Kosova, Macedonia and Montenegro. Job in Albania has:

Our Social Media Manager will lead and manage the social media strategy for the project, increase awareness and enhance the reputation of Job In Albania. Our Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the team and support strategic initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Under project director guidance and coordination, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for the content development and daily updates for all Job In Albania social media platforms. S/he shall perform the following duties: 1) S/he will be responsible for Job In Albania social media for Macedonia and Montenegro offers, further content development: optimize, grow and maintain the platforms: Blogger, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and further YouTube ... 2) S/he will develop and maintain positive working relationships, and the ability to handle work in a professional and confidential manner. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, new media, or public relations - Experience in social media content development and adequate knowledge on social media functioning and management. - English and Albanian. Excellent written, collaboration and relationship-building skills. - Attention to detail and a good level of accuracy is essential. - Excellent customer service skills, the ability to adapt easily, follow through, complete tasks, and resolve issues are essential. Qualifications and experiences
• Bachelor’s and a Post-Graduate Degree in Social Sciences, Management, or development studies,
• A Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in the NGO sector, 3 years of which should be in senior management positions
• Expertise in Project planning and management, Human Rights Based Approach, Participatory approaches, and methodologies, system strengthening approach 
• Good understanding of the project cycle management, quality assurance and M&E methodology
• Excellent understanding of development partnerships, fund-raising, donor strategies, governmental and civil society relations in the country
• Good leadership, management, planning, organisation, time management, coordination and working under pressure skills
• Very good collaboration, networking, and representation skills
• Proactive, energetic and with the ability to work autonomously, while having an empowering and motivating approach to the team work and spirit
• Fluency in written and spoken English
