REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate or Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or similar.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience (preferably) in a Human Resource Role whose primary focus was around HR systems
- Proven record in collaborating, influencing and interacting with staff especially when launching new initiatives/projects
- Demonstrated ability to think independently, analytically, problem solve, deliver solutions and results by recommending best practices.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience in cross-cultural setting is preferred.
