Deadline 24 March 2021

- A bachelor degree in finance, public administration, economics, business administration or other related field (where the bachelor degree has been awarded on completion of a minimum of 3 years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or 5 years’ experience in the area related to this assignment;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Excellent command of written, oral, drafting and presentation skills in Albanian and English languages;
- Excellent Albanian and English;
- Strong numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Full computer literacy (e.g. advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and preferably also experience with graphic programmes or applications (e.g. Photopea, Photoshop, GIMP);
- Ability to interpret data, perform financial analysis and develop basic financial models;
- Well-founded inter-personal skills – especially for interaction with government officials and project experts;
- Proven organisational, administrative and management skills with the ability to identify priorities, take initiative in a timely manner;
- Maturity of judgment and a problem-solving approach with the ability to work alone or with minimal supervision;
- Record of reliability, accuracy and adaptability under pressure;
- Experience in a similar position in an EU-financed project or other international project will be an asset;
- High level of flexibility; and
- Team player.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities
- Studying Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related subjects to development
- Creative and able to apply innovative thinking, partnership building and problem solving skills
- Facilitation skills, including catalyzing, connecting, and building the capacity of children groups
- Good interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity, abilities to work as a team
- Good analytical and writing skills; Basic understanding of design, monitoring, and evaluation
- Computer literacy; Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of English language
- Applicants with previous collaboration experience with World Vision are preferred (members of Youth Groups, volunteers/ex-volunteers, Registered/ex-registered Children)
