The Presence's Rule of Law and Human Rights Department is looking for one International Expert in the field of Hate Speech, with specialization in human rights monitoring, to develop a manual/toolkit aimed at equipping and developing the capacities of Albanian NHRIs' staff on monitoring, data collection and reporting, and training the NHRIs staff on its use. The international expert will work remotely.
