Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Providing local coordination and day-to-day management of CIPE’s project activities to ensure the successful and efficient implementation of the “Support to the U.S.-Albania Transparency Academy” project.
• Leading project activities, with emphasis on private sector engagement, in coordination with CEPPS and CIPE.
• Liaising with Albanian government officials, private sector stakeholders, media, and relevant non-government organizations.
• Developing strategic plans for the implementation of the project in coordination with CIPE management/program officer.

• Coordinating CEPPS and CIPE joint activities to ensure the Academy is established and operationalized as a sustainable and independent institution
