Qualifications and skills required:
- University degree (at least master's degree academic level) in business, finance, management, public administration, public financial management, law or equivalent, or equivalent professional experience (at least 5 years in addition to the minimum general professional experience as defined below); a higher degree is an asset
- Certification as auditor in one of the EU member-states
- Duly attested expertise in internal control or system audit; expertise in both is an asset
