Proposal Requirements

Companies interested in providing this service must submit a proposal, including a breakdown of estimated costs and any additional fees, which demonstrates the company’s capacity to provide:

• User interface that allows:
  • progress through various modules that include text, graphics, videos, quizzes, and other interactive content
  • completion of a final quiz and evaluation of knowledge at the beginning and end of the course
  • both an anonymous and non-anonymous (registered) learning experience, depending on the choice of the participant
  • a displayed progress bar and visual incentives for user
• Ability to gather user data for users who are interested in more in-depth training opportunities;

• Ability to build an interactive website/course using Tilda, Drupal, WordPress, or other Content Management Systems for Very Verified, where content is split into multiple modules;
• Ability to integrate engaging content such as videos, graphics, quizzes, etc.;
• Ability to provide IREX with user metrics (how many users have visited the site and other analytics);
• Ability to update the site based on IREX feedback as development of the course progresses;
• Ability to work with content on the site in multiple languages, including taking on additional contracts to add more languages/versions of the course in the future, as needed;
• Additionally, vendors should demonstrate their capacity to provide a high level of customer service.
