Social Media Manager
Project Name: Job In Albania

Job in Albania is a volunteer and a participatory project. The aim of the project is to inform Albanian people with job offers of foreigners in Albania, Kosova, Macedonia and Montenegro. Job in Albania has 19200 followers on Facebook and 14500 followers on Linkedin.

Our Social Media Manager will lead and manage the social media strategy for the project, increase awareness and enhance the reputation of Job In Albania. Our Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the team and support strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under project director guidance and coordination, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for the content development and daily updates for all Job In Albania social media platforms.

S/he shall perform the following duties:

1) S/he will be responsible for Job In Albania social media further content development: optimize, grow and maintain the platforms: Blogger, Facebook , Twitter, Instagram and further YouTube ...
2) S/he will interact with users under project director guidance
3) S/he will identify success stories, key facts about Job In Albania relations to feed into the e-newsletter.
4) S/he will provide reports on Social Media content related to Job In Albania, will monitor references to the project and react/report accordingly and rapidly
5) S/he will provide social media monthly feedback analysis on Job In Albania Social Media insights and activity and will produce a yearly report.
6) S/he will take in charge and respond to all the emails follow up Job In Albania activities to make photos/videos and write stories for social media platforms.
7) S/he will develop and maintain positive working relationships, and the ability to handle work in a professional and confidential manner.
8) S/he will monitor and measure user engagement to effectively enhance the project reputation, shape public perceptions and develop a broad community of support.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, new media, journalism or public relations.
- Experience in social media content development and adequate knowledge on social media functioning and management.
- Fluency in English and Albanian. Excellent written, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, the ability to adapt easily, follow through, complete tasks, and resolve issues are essential.

Compensation: This is a volunteer project. There is no salary for this position. BUT you will gain additional credibility by aligning with our credible brand and you will develop your skillsets. You will receive a public profile on our websites and be allowed to list yourself as a Social Media Manager for our project on LinkedIn and on your resume.
