OSCE - Human Rights Officer - kosova

DEADLINE 3 MARCH 2020

Education:

First-level university degree in law, human rights, political science, international relations, art and culture, or any other related field



Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience including minimum 1 year in a relevant field strongly preferred

Mandatory:

Work experience in the implementation of activities or in monitoring and reporting, policy making or legislative drafting in the area of human rights, property rights, cultural heritage or inter-cultural dialogue;
Good knowledge of international human rights standards;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Professional fluency in spoken English language;
Excellent drafting and analytical skills with the ability to plan, elaborate, produce and review reports for publication falling within the programmatic priorities of the Section;
Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing and e-mail;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited times frames;
Cultural sensitivity and judgement;
Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
